Johns Hopkins MBA Candidate & CIL Fellow | NWAC Board Member | NB3 Healthy Hydration Advisory Board Member | Indigenous Community Leader | Head Golf Coach | Advancing Leadership, Research, Wellness & Youth Development
I am an Indigenous leader, coach, advocate, and lifelong learner committed to creating opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
My journey has been shaped by service, resilience, and a belief that leadership begins with listening. As a member of the Tulalip Tribes, I am passionate about advancing Indigenous voices, supporting youth development, improving community health, and building systems that create lasting impact.
I currently serve as a Head Golf Coach, NWAC Board Member, and member of the Notah Begay III Foundation Healthy Hydration Advisory Board. Program Developer, Fundraiser. Through these roles, I work to empower youth, promote wellness, and help develop future leaders. Coaching has reinforced my belief that leadership is not about position or title. It is about creating environments where others can discover their strengths, build confidence, and achieve goals they once thought were beyond reach.
Academically, I earned my Associate of Arts and Sciences degree and Bachelor of Arts in Tribal Governance and Business Management from Northwest Indian College, graduating with highest honors and serving as a student commencement speaker. I am currently pursuing my MBA at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and was honored to be selected as a Fellow in the Center for Innovative Leadership (CIL), a highly competitive leadership development program focused on self awareness, collaboration, innovation, and transformational leadership.
Throughout my career, I have worked across healthcare, education, youth development, athletics, and tribal communities. These experiences have strengthened my ability to build relationships, navigate complex challenges, lead teams, and create meaningful change through strategic thinking and collaboration.
My leadership philosophy is rooted in service, representation, empowerment, and connection. I believe leadership is not measured by individual success but by the opportunities we create for others and the impact we leave behind.
My long term interests include leadership development, community health, Indigenous wellness, research, organizational strategy, and creating innovative programs that improve outcomes for future generations.
I am always interested in connecting with professionals, researchers, educators, community leaders, and organizations committed to leadership, innovation, wellness, and positive social impact.
I am a results-driven leader with experience in business management, sports development, and community engagement. I built and coached the first golf team at Tulalip Heritage High School, managed operations with the Tulalip Tribes Board of Directors, and organized successful fundraising events. As an Indigenous professional, I combine cultural values with business strategy to create sustainable growth, inspire teams, and strengthen partnerships across sports, business, and community.
