Our work in cognitive accessibility ensures that no one is left behind as technology evolves. Through Accessibility Needs Assessment, we identify where people with diverse cognitive profiles may be struggling-in communication materials, digital platforms, processes, or program design. Inclusive Design Consulting then translates those findings into specific design choices, policies, and practices that create more equitable access for staff, community members, and partners.

On the innovation side, we help you imagine and build what comes next. Digital Product Innovation supports the design of tools-such as apps, platforms, or digital resources-that are grounded in user realities and community priorities.
